About Me
Hi!
I’ve been active all my life, starting as a dancer performing on the west end stage before transitioning to weight lifting and rugby and now I specialise in Strongwoman and Powerlifting.
Since starting at the gym i’ve competed in numerous powerlifting competitions and have won WHEA Worlds Strongest Woman 2024.
No matter how far I’ve come I will always remember how scary it was the first time I entered a gym, and even scarier attempting to lift weights, but it was the best decision I ever made.
Now as a personal trainer I want to support people in starting their own health and fitness journey and becoming the best version of themselves.
Whether you’re a beginner who’s never stepped in a gym or a regular gym goer who wants some extra support, I’m here to help you achieve your goals!
